Policies

CANCELLATIONS: Please allow a 48 hour notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Clients who don't reschedule or cancel  within 48 hours will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Please understand if you're 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment can be considered a NO SHOW if the service provider's schedule does not allow them to still service you. If this happens more than once, we will be unable to offer services to you permanently.

LATENESS: Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out consent form. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals.  

NO GUEST PLEASE: Due the nature of our semi-invasive services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Unruly Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion.

WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUNDS POLICY ON ALL SERVICES,DEPOSITS AND RETAIL PRODUCTS SOLD.
